Ok, it’s been a little while since I posted a haul of my gluten free finds, so I have a bit of a stockpile to share with you from the last couple of weeks! It seems like the supermarkets have had a burst of new stock in the free from aisles! Here are some new gluten free finds you might like…

New gluten free sandwiches in Boots

gluten free foods may 2019 2

I’m SO excited to find a gluten free cheese sandwich which has pickle! Finally, some flavour! The bread on these new gluten free sandwiches from Boots is pretty tasty. Plus they’re in the meal deal – I believe there is a roast chicken salad and a ham version too.

Gluten free paella salad from Boots

If you don’t fancy a sandwich but still want to take advantage of the meal deal, this gluten free paella salad from Boots looks pretty tasty too. My only issue is they seem a little small – I think I’d rather have a sandwich to feel I’m getting my money’s worth!

BFree sweet wraps for kids

gluten free foods may 2019 5

I have never seen these sweet wraps for kids before from BFree, but they’re gluten free and vegan and sound like such a good idea! It’s great to see gluten free products specifically for kids, as I know it’s tough when you can’t eat the same as your friends.

Gluten free no moo-zarella sticks from Morrisons

gluten free foods may 2019 12

Finally, goodies are starting to emerge that are gluten AND dairy free! I know a lot of you guys can’t eat either, so I think these gluten and dairy free ‘mozzarella’ sticks will go down a treat. I’ve seen some photos of the cooked and they look so good – has anyone tried them?

Schar gluten free pain au chocolat

I first found these frozen gluten free pain au chocolat in Morrisons years ago, but then they vanished for aaaages! Luckily, I found them back in my freezer again and was very excited about it! The perfect Sunday morning treat, am I right?

Dairy free whipped cream

Ok, so this might not be new to a lot of you, but I’ve never seen this dairy free whipped cream before! I thought it was a great idea to share it for those of you who are also dairy free and/or vegan.

Difatti spinach gnocchi

gluten free foods may 2019 1

My local Sainsbury’s seems to have got loads of new gluten free treats in at the moment, and this gluten free spinach gnocchi from Difatti is one of them! Difatti do the most amazing gnocchi and I can’t wait to give this a go and see if it’s as good as I’ve heard!

BFree Museli Morning Rounds

gluten free foods may 2019 1

I won’t lie, up until I saw these I had never heard of a ‘morning round’ but from the looks of it, these new gluten free treats from BFree are kind of like a cross between a fruit toast and a teacake. Gluten free and vegan – I’m definitely intrigued to see something new and to give them a go!

St Peter’s dark g-free beer

gluten free foods may 2019 13

Last year I discovered (gluten free) beer is the best invention IN THE WORLD, but I’ve only really stuck to lager and IPA. The idea of a dark beer is intriguing and this is the first gluten free dark beer I’ve ever found. I’m definitely going to give it a go – and I feel like it would be amazing in a gluten free steak pie.

Rhythm 108 double choco hazelnut biscuits

gluten free foods may 2019 13

I’ve been a fan on Rhythm 108 for a long time (their chocolate bars are TO DIE FOR) and I was very excited to see you can now buy big packs of their biscuits in Sainsbury’s! I’ve not tried these yet, but I found them in the free from aisle along with….

Rhythm 108 almond biscotti

gluten free foods may 2019 13

…these! I used to love biscotti but haven’t been able to find a gluten free version for a long time. I love that these are gluten free and dairy free,  and they come in a cute little bag. Apparently this is for sharing… we’ll see about that!

Gluten free mini pitta breads from BFree

gluten free foods may 2019 13

In my final instalment of ‘new things by BFree this week’, these gluten free pitta breads are pretty cute. Perfect for if you just want a tiny lunch, are making food for children, or fancy a snack. Otherwise, I don’t think you can much in them, so I’ll be sticking with the full-size ones. But I love this idea for party food or children’s lunchboxes!
