It’s been a hectic start to the month, and some good news all round! Work-wise, I found out I passed my dreaded NQJ exams, cue ‘senior reporter’ kudos! And I also discovered the money I’d raised for my fave charity Amigos Worldwide has been match funded – so not a bad way to start August after all!

It has been stressful too though, which has made eating healthy difficult. I’ve been sticking to plain boring food, and training as hard as possible, but when I got some treats through the post it was very exciting!

I promise there will be some blog posts about these very soon – now the exam stress is over I have a bit more time – so here’s what I’m raving about this week and what’s coming up soon on the blog…

I literally cannot wait to try this! Cous cous used to be my favourite food so it will be good to see if it lives up to my memories…
