Marks and Spencer always pulls it out the bag when it comes to gluten free Christmas food, particularly in the party food department. This year a lot of the old favourites are back, along with some newbies. I managed to find a lot of different gluten free party food options as well as Christmas sandwiches, cakes, mince pies, a yule log and more.
My local M&S is pretty small so I imagine bigger ones will have more selection, but here is a selection of gluten and dairy free Christmas foods from Marks and Spencer this year (2019).
M&S gluten free Turkey Feast sandwich
The M&S gluten free Christmas sandwich is an old favourite and one that is celebrated every year. The Made Without Wheat Turkey Feast sandwich is packed with turkey breast, pork, sage and onion stuffing, cranberry chutney, onion mayonnaise and smoked bacon.
M&S gluten free brie and grape sandwich
Last year M&S also brought out the Made Without Wheat Brie & Grape sandwich which was an absolute game-changer! Finally, a gluten free Christmas sandwich is also vegetarian! I’m pleased to hear this is also back again this year and is absolutely delicious – I can highly recommend it toasted too.
M&S gluten free Cheddar and Chutney sandwich
I’ve not managed to try this yet, but new this year is a gluten free Cheddar and Chutney sandwich on gluten free bread which sounds lovely. I’d love to know if anyone has found it!
Pigs and blankets with cranberry dip
These are SO DELICIOUS! In their ‘on-the-go’ Christmas range are these pigs in blankets with a cranberry and orange dip. They’re absolutely amazing and gluten free too.
Made Without Wheat mince pies
These have to be the BEST gluten free supermarket mince pies around. The pastry is buttery and delicious, there is plenty of filling, and they look so pretty. These always sell out quick – I’ll be stocking up and freezing them to last until Christmas!
Made Without Wheat chocolate yule log
This yule log is SO beautiful! I love making my own but if you don’t fancy that then this gluten free yule log from M&S would be a lovely centrepiece or Christmas dessert.
Made Without Dairy chocolate box
Now this is exciting for anyone who is dairy and/or gluten free! These chocolates look amazing and feature a selection of fruity, dark chocolate truffles. The perfect gift for a dairy-avoider.
Made Without Wheat Christmas cake
This Christmas cake is beautiful – it’s gluten free and hand decorated, though a bit pricey – I think this was around £10. It would make a lovely centrepiece at a party.
Made Without Wheat iced fruit cake bar
If you just want to gorge on some lovely Christmas cake then this gluten free Christmas fruit cake bar is iced with icing and marzipan and sounds absolutely divine.
Made Without Wheat Christmas puddings
These Christmas puddings are gluten free, wheat free and dairy free, and I’ve seen both individual ones and larger ones. I’ve heard great reviews so I’m going to try one this year.
M&S pigs in blankets
These gluten free pigs in blankets from M&S just look SO good. An absolute staple and you can get them in both the chilled aisle with the party food.
M&S mini chicken kievs
These M&S gluten free chicken kievs are so delicious (I bought a pack and they didn’t last long!). I would be SO happy if I saw these at a buffet, I might even cry! They might be my favourite part of Christmas! Find them in the chilled and frozen party food sections.
M&S bacon and cheese rolls
These delightful little treats are like a cross between my two favourite festive foods – pigs in blankets and cheese! They’re absolutely delicious and I can’t recommend them enough.
M&S Spanish pigs in blankets
Or maybe you fancy something a little different? These gluten free Spanish pigs in blankets from M&S are a lovely combination of chorizo wrapped in bacon and they taste SO good.
M&S mini toad in the hole
How cool are these mini toad in the holes from M&S? They’re gluten free this year and look like such an awesome party food option. Found with the chilled party food.
M&S Collection sticky chicken yakitori kebabs
Now these sound absolutely divine! These M&S Collection sticky yakitori kebabs are with the chilled party food and consist of chicken in a sticky soy and apple sauce. And they’re gluten free, woohoo!
M&S gluten free cocktail sausages
These cocktails sausages are another party staple and should be on every single buffet table! With 50 sausages there are plenty to go round and the ‘normal’ people won’t know the difference.
M&S Collection 18 belly pork squares
How yummy do these look? These belly pork squares are something a bit different and they’re marked as gluten free – I can’t wait to give these a go.
M&S pork, sage and onion stuffing
I found this gluten free stuffing in the frozen section of M&S and as pleased to see it was clearly labelled as gluten free. A good one to stock up on ready for the big day.
M&S stuffed Oakham turkey crown
It’s fab to see gluten free options when it comes to stuffing and pre-made roasts. This will make life so much easier for many and it was in with the frozen Christmas meats in my local M&S.
M&S boneless Oakham turkey breast joint
No stuffing in this one, but this ready basted turkey breast joint comes basted in gluten free stock and again would be a great option for a gluten free Christmas dinner, and serves 2-3 people.
M&S mini Santa hats
I felt like these were the biggest surprise for me – honestly didn’t think they’d be my cup of tea but they were delicious! A lovely party idea or Christmas dessert option.
M&S gluten free bread sauce
For anyone missing bread sauce with their Christmas dinner, this gluten free bread sauce from M&S is likely to be an exciting find!
M&S Collection Perfect Turkey Gravy
If you’re worried about making your own gravy have no fear – apparently this turkey gravy from M&S is perfect, plus it’s gluten free!
What else can I find?

I like m&s but they put dairy or eggs into almost everything GF which isn’t fair to any allergy sufferers. I did get to the chocolate box as it was the only thing without animal products it has soy. £18 for a small box was quite expensive though ?
Great products, but anyone else notice the extreme lack of veggie options?!!?!
Love their free from sandwiches but they are always out of stock by tea time M&S are useless are stock control. One thing that is gluten free is spring rolls but they are awful.
