The UK seems to have gone nuts at the moment, with everyone panic-buying things they don’t need.

And now that we’re in lockdown, it’s more important than ever to turn to online food delivery services rather than unnecessarily going out of the house when you don’t need to.

The problem being, however, that supermarket deliveries are ridiculously booked up.

I can’t get anything delivered until mid April and as I’m classed as ‘extremely vulnerable’ I also can’t go out of the house to get anything.

So now I’m looking to a new way of shopping – and hopefully supporting smaller businesses at the same time!

I know a lot of other people are struggling to get hold of the basics, so I wanted to put together a resource to try help anyone struggling to find free from foods.

  5. So many of the products mentioned have issues with cross contamintion or other allergens like dairy and soy. For those of us who not only have gluten/wheat issues but also daity and soy the choice is so limited and made impossible by companies that cross contaminate.
