I know I have already put up a previous post about the gluten free pancake bar, GJ’s Pancake Bar, in Woolacombe, but here’s a little something to add on to it…
Not only do GJ’s provide a cute little shop in Woolacombe, but they also have a mobile pancake bar that visits shows and events in the area! Instead of risking contamination and cooking the gluten free batter at the shows, they make the gluten free pancakes up the day before at the shop, freeze them, and then heat them up for the next gluten free customer!
