I’m seriously considering the idea of setting up some sort of gluten free muffin business. Check out these white chocolate and raspberry muffins I made earlier! Is this something that would interest you? Honest opinions please gluten-free gurus!!

Is that a Juvela recipe you followed. If so, I know they are delicious! Think I made these a few years ago – am trying not to make any fattening cakes at the moment.

No it was one i found on the internet but I changed a few things as it was a strange recipe – kind of improvised! I did use Juvela white mix in it though šŸ™‚

Hi Sarah, great to find you thanks to twitter…

I’d LOVE this recipe, pretty pretty please. I keep buying Glebe Farm muffin mix, which I shouldn’t need to, but having had baby 7 days ago, I have not got time to work out a recipe!!!

Hope you choose to share it?

Thanks a million, they look delicious

i would definately buy them, my niece is coeliac and her prescriptions have been stopped so i’m always looking for something for her to try, i dont suppose you could give me advice on the doctors part could you? my sister doesn’t know what to do as she cant afford the free from range all the time and the doctor keeps refusing to provide free food her she is still under 16 does this make a diference?

    thanks šŸ™‚

This is ridiculous Lauren!! I had problems with this, it’s to do with the Primary Care Trusts in your area and how they budget with their prescriptions etc. Unfortunately certain PCTs have made cuts in this area which is really unfair for us, especially if she is under 16 and so should be getting them free anyway!
The only advice I can give you is be persistent – contact Coeliac UK and they can contact your local PCT for you and give you advice on what to do with the situation. Alternatively you will have to try and search for a different surgery that will help you. Sorry that’s not the best advice in the world but I hope it helps!! xx

I will definitely be passing on this info to my sister!, Thank you so much for this…even if this isn’t the best advice at least it’s a step in the right direction!!

    Much appreciated! xx
