This gluten free garlic bread recipe is a super quick and easy recipe to make the perfect side dish. You could use my homemade gluten free bread rolls recipe, shop-bought gluten free rolls or even just slices of gluten free bread.

Ingredients
2 x gluten free bread rolls
35g butter
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Pinch sea salt flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200'C / Fan 180'C / Gas Mark 6.
Add the butter to a bowl and zap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until softened.
Add the garlic, dried parsley and sea salt flakes to the butter and mix together well using a fork.
Slice the gluten free bread rolls in half and spread a quarter of butter mix evenly on each piece. Place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden on top.
Remove from the oven and serve straight away with pasta, risotto, or a dish of you choice.
