Chicken tikka, cheese and sweet chilli sauce sandwich

Sweet, spicy and oozing melted mozzarella, this gluten free sandwich is an absolute classic.

  • 100 g cooked chicken tikka pieces
  • 1 handful grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 4 slices Juvela gluten free white bread


  1. Add the chicken tikka pieces, mozzarella cheese and sweet chilli sauce to a bowl and mix. 

  2. Cover with clingfilm (leave a little gap for the steam to escape) and microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes until hot through.

  3. Pour the mixture onto white bread, sandwich together and enjoy!
